Need Archetype slide design for existing ppt template

This is a very short project but I need it within 6 hours or by Friday, Oct 6 at 7am ET in the USA. Using the attached ppt file, I need 4 news slides added with each slide being the same format or style the only difference being I will need a new image for each type or archetype. Within each archetype I will need a simple text box where I can enter the text I want to input. For this project, I am trying to show my customer 5 different types of Customer Events he can conduct. The 5 archetypes are as follows: DEMONSTRATION, TECHNOLOGY SYMPOSIUM, USER GROUP, SPONSORSHIP, COLLATERAL EVENT. So each of those 5 archetype will require a visual or Icon that represents that archetype. Within each archetype, I will be inputting the text for these archetypes describing the archetypes by the criteria: Who Attends: Format or Structure of Event: How Are Attendees Engaging: Associated Cost for Attending: Desired Outcome: This is probably a simple task and someone good with powerpoint and lay-out can probably do this in one hour. So to be clear. One slide would be the Demonstration Archetype - it would need a free image or icon that conveys "Demonstration" - that image could be arranged anywhere on the slide. It doesn't have to be at the top like most people place it. Then I need a box to input my text answers to the 5 identified criteria. You need to work with attached deck because it has to use my company's brand ppt template. You can jus add the slides to the end of the deck.
