Seeking expert on video and voice chat through web interface

Hi, I am looking at creating a place online so people can request to create on demand video/voice calls. Concept is as simple as this: 1. See somebody you want to chat to via the website 2. Make a request to video/voice call them (click request button/or a form of sorts) 3. Receiver can accept or reject 4. And the entire event (video/voice call) happens on the website 5. Logging occurring etc Willing to discuss further with an expert. Inspirations include; skype, facebook chat, nefarious cam websites etc. I am aware of Red5 and flash media, but I do not know if you can integrate logging etc Looking forward to hearing from someone!
