Tag Design - Need a design to be tweaked

Using Word, I put together a design for a clothing tag (Tag [login to view URL]). I need three things done to the design: #1 - "HOO_Logo_H20" is an SVG of the House of Orange logo. I need the white layer removed from the back of the SVG and sent back to me in .eps and .svg formats. #2 - Using the revised logo from #1, the logo at the top of the design in the Word document (Attachment 1) needs to have the white lettering turned into black lettering and the orange fill needs to be turned white with a black circle enclosing it. The logo needs to be put closer to the lettering below it - about halfway closer. In addition, the entire design needs to be centered. #3 - Since this will be a clothing label, I need four versions - one with an S under the logo, one with M under the logo, one with L under the logo and one with XL under the logo. Once completed, each version needs to be sent back to me in both .eps [login to view URL] format.
