Build me a Coronavirus Dashboard Tracker for my website PSD - HTML5 Dynamic Responsive

Hello i am looking for a creative developer that pays attentions to small details, know that whoever makes my design into code if they do not do it 100% pixel perfection the job wont be accepted. I built an API coronavirus tracker and i need this module to be implemented into part of my website, the UI is self explanatory. Make sure the total number of new cases shows up with a percentage meter and the graphs are updated as well realtime showing the total cases. the web mobile version is attached to this job description.. i am under heavy time crunch so i need this project to be completed asap, if you are to be awarded the project you cannot be delay no matter what. So what you need to do: 1.-Build the module for my current website PSD to html5 dynamic responsive 2.-Attach all the API parameters to my design module. and make sure they integrate nicely. 3.-website should be responsive | into web mobile version as well 4.-The API should include not just world data, but also states and prefectures of the following countries, USA, China, Japan, Mexico, Brazil. 5.-build a Web App the user can download straight from the website 6.-All functionalities: rss news, daytiime nightime theme, language from english to japanese Coder should be familiar with API, html5 responsive design, most be a good designer with pixel eye skills, understand mondodb databases, clusters, etc
