Hi Sir, I know I'm new to freelancer.com but not new for Bootstrap Framework. I Know bootstrap for months and Currently develop an online web system using ASP.net and this friendly framework to make the website responsive. For you Project , I think you want a bootstrap menu which is called navbar. The menu can be open in mobile devices and desktop and have different views depend on the screen size. you can choose the color that you want for the menu and I'm thinking in good silver color or semi matt black color. you can add fields (text box) to the menu , drop down menu , section in drop down menu and links and buttons with bootstrap style. if you are in hurry , I can deliver the work for you in few hours.
