Shopify Default Email HTML Based Templates

I need some basic HTML email templates created for my shopify account. These emails will need to have the default information that the "text based" emails have but on an HTML version. I will give you the code for the text based email templates and then you must display this same info on the HTML version you are creating here. I will want to add my logo to the mix and our Facebook & twitter buttons as well. These emails will need to look very nice and not plain like the text based ones are. Here are the templates that will need to be made... Order Confirmation - Sent to the customer when an order is created New Order Notification - Sent to all subscribers of Order Confirmation Notifications Shipping confirmation - Sent to the customer when an order is shipped Shipping update - Sent to the customer when an order's shipping information is updated Contact Buyer - Used as a default template for 'Email Buyer' emails Order Cancelled - Sent to the customer when an order is cancelled Customer Account Activation - Sent to customer with information on how to activate their account Customer Password Reset - Sent to customer when they wish to reset their password Customer Account Welcome - Sent to customer when they activate their account
