As per below, the parents register, login and select stationary to order. once the payment has been made I want to receive confirmation order has submitted and payment has been made. Enter 0 if not required. When complete Click Add to Cart Enter Delivery Address - Next (If you would like to collect your pack from Birkdale 11 News, please write "Store Pick Up" in the delivery address) 12 Payment Details - Next and Submit Order HOW TO PAY Credit Card, Bank Cheque or Money Order Accepted No Personal Cheques
