2 x PSD to HTML content Pages to be built into WordPress

For this project we need 2 Pages cut out From PSG's and built into a Existing WordPress Website. This PDF Shows the where the links should click through to. When a user clicks through to these sections then the page should load, and also scroll to that particular section. [login to view URL] The website is responsive so we need the pages to be responsive too. Here is an example of the Mobile version: [login to view URL] - We dont have a mobile version of the 2nd Page as it's all Copy, we hope that it will collapse properly. We have the PSD's of these pages, and will provide these. Important! - In the Backend you need to build the sections of the 2nd page with the copy into different wysiwyg blocks so that the client can edit these themselves, Instead of 1 large Wysiwyg block. 6 Wysiwyg's (Header, Who, Timeline, Targets, Outcomes & Projects ) All the links on the second page, and simply be marked with a # tag as a link. : [login to view URL] These Pages needs to be built into the WordPress CMS Backend.
