[login to view URL] I would like a one page website developed with a banner at the top (just has to be a blank image) that is 818 x 368 pixels. It will need to resize on smaller devices (Tablets, Mobile) And then below it you have the boxes - which will be a row of 4 on desktop. Each box will be a television - square one though. Do this with CSS, make it look as much like a television screen as possible. I am not too worried about how close you can make it. On tablet (Vertical) there would be 2 in a row and on mobile only one. And then at the bottom there will be 3 buttons with rounded edges. The website will have a black background, so keep that in mind when creating the Television like boxes. I am looking to pay $40USD to this, it shouldn't take you longer than 2 hours to do.
