Building a replacement site for my current e-commerce site hosted by Wix

I currently have an e-commerce website based around digital video downloads and templates for content creators. I built it from a Wix premium template and highly customised, it does the job, but I need to have the website rebuilt from the ground up so that I can manage the site myself. Where I currently use Sellfy for digital downloads (which ultimately go through PayPal), I will require direct integration with PayPal to cut out extra costs. All of the product pages on my site are based around a simple template of a video promo sample (youtube embedded) with the description below it and a buy now button with no other complicated features. New functionality I currently don't have but will need is a customer-facing upload page in which they can submit their digital content to sell on my website at a commission. They would need to provide the video content itself they intend to sell, a promotional video they have created, the description of their video to appear on the product page, and their suggested price. The proposal is then submitted and I will make a decision on the content being approved. Ultimately as I expect visitor numbers to continue climbing I need to streamline the customer uploads section as much as possible so I'm not having to duplicate pages, editing those pages in dreamweaver, formatting text etc etc. I'd like for that process to be as few clicks as possible in order to approve the uploader's content and have it appear on the site. The website needs to be clean and appealing with dark tones and bright colour contrasts as you can see in it's current version. Get back to me with your proposal and fee an we can take it from there.
