I need a single page website built in wordpress from my PSD file. Domain is set on a new wordpress platform. You will convert my PSD template from image to HTML and upload it to my wordpress account. There are three buttons on this landing page. For each button, you must code a lightbox style form for users to submit. The form will consist of this message and fields: "Thanks for your interest in joining the Pittsburgh Networking Professionals. Fill out the form below to sign up. " Fields: First Name Last Name Company Title Email Address Telephone Number When the form is submitted there should be a message that says "Thanks for your interest in Pittsburgh Networking Professionals. You will receive a confirmation shortly." When submitted, this form will forward to an gmail address that I will provide to you. That's it!
