Customizing and publishing Google finance portfolio

I’m looking to a way around to sort stock based on percent change (Top 10) in Google finance portfolio and publish like mentioned here [login to view URL] I had some success in importing data into spreadsheet (see the link below) [login to view URL] But need some additional features ((1) Sorting based on % change (see the attached image it should be sorted by displaying maximum percentage change on top) (2) Scanning at every 2 min (3) Sending notifications: As soon as some new name make into the list it should send the relevant RSS heading via email (you can use import feed function inside Google spreadsheet for the task) (4) It should only send mail once until the headline change (5) It should be customizable for changes in symbol and different portfolios
