---- I am looking for an experienced ASP.NET developer, not to work on the development itself, but oversee the project's management. --- I run a online financial transaction processing website. I myself, am not a developer, I have an I.T. background and so I understand processes, databases etc, but beyond basic PHP/HTML I couldn't program to save my life. So, over the lifespan of the project, I have engaged a number of developers, but have never been able to be sure if I have been getting value for money, as I don't have a firm understanding of how long X task should take. And so, I am looking for someone to consult on the project. You would - Sit in on discussions (slack) - Look at the task given to a particular developer - Decide which sections of source they would need access to - Review their submitted work - Form an opinion about the timesheet submitted for said task This role would be on-going and would not involve you doing the development yourself. To eliminate copy & paste submissions, could the serious freelancers please answer this question in your proposal, does the sun come out during the day or night? In your proposal, please include a method of remuneration, I.e. - a fixed weekly amount - a cost per task - hourly If you have any questions, please put them in your proposal and I will initiate chat. Communication attempts outside of Freelancer will not be accepted and you will not be considered.
