Functional prototype of web app - responsive

We need a functional prototype of webapp written in HTML 5 + CSS + Bootstrap + Javascript + Jquery. We need to have two screens developed, according to our specification We expect the consultant to have a server where he can upload our html , making easy validation process. No backend envolved. If you don't have previous experience in the technologies we need, please don't bid We are in UTC-3 timezone, we accept bids from all around the world, but expect that we will respond you in our working time. After you send the final working prototype, expect some validations and need to allocate time to correc it. We will validate in browsers (Chrome, Firefox ) and tablets and mobile. To be specific, we will validate in Chrome Galaxy S5, iphone 6/7/8 and ipad. We will answer you back in 3 days when you finish. If everything is ok, we will release the milestone. No money will be provided before final validation. We expect a functional prototype. So we have to have the feeling of navigating in a real application, in orde to make presentation of or prototype. (you will have to insert for example, sleep commands to get the sense of real application) You may expect some labels, grids, or information to change. We don't expected to be charged for this minor changes. Part of what is to be developed is in portuguese. Please make use of translators tools if you want to understand context. All fields are expecting to be validated according to its rules. Communication is the very important. After the deadline, if you don't be in touch within 2 days, we'll open a dispute.
