I have a VPS server with ubuntu 16.04. I have purchased a bootstrap website from themeforest. I wnat you to get bootstrap up and running with apache2 and the website installed and running. there's a zip file of the website in /root on the server. I will give you root access to the server to do your work. The wining bidder will be told theURL of the website and I will take care of DNS for point to the domain name to the ip address of the server.

I have experience with Ubuntu , apache and bootstrap 4. 7 Years Web Dev experience & a degree in computers Science Other services you might be interested in possibly (Installing SSL using lets encrypt ?) I would recommend this as mobiles might automatically declare your site unsafe otherwise.
