I need a mobile site. I already have 70% of design for it, I just need it to be built. 4 type of users: Admin, guest, Customer and Quoter/seller. Multiple products (different fee for each - fixed or percentage). Money to be held before a customer creates a listing and returned if quote is not accepted by customer. Same for Quoter. Would need email notifications and a notification center. A chat area between customer and quoter would be great. Ability to see basic details of the listings by anyone who has an account. Listings search/sort page with detailed search/filters. Need an ability to apply coupon codes to reduce the the fee amount. Mass email notifications to a selected set of quoters (based on profile and listing parameter match). Basic accounting and returns. Data Encryption. Listing alert emails. 5-7 point Review section for Quoters. Need someone who is good with details of design and animations. Would need examples of previous projects Let me know if you have any questions
