WordPress site development

We need to hire a WordPress developer, to work on an existing WordPress website. Applicants will first be asked to complete this development of the website, estimated budget for this phase is £250. If successfully completed, the chosen developer will be asked to complete the rest of the project. Does this make sense? If not, let me know. The requirements are as follows: 1. Our existing WordPress job management module is displaying outstanding quotes & invoices from our invoicing module to all logged in users. We need to be able to select the visibility of invoices on a per-user basis 2. Within our existing WordPress invoicing module, the quotes & invoices are opening up in-line - we need them to open to a new page 3. Our existing WordPress job tracking module displays outstanding quotes & invoices from our previously mentioned invoicing module - however the job tracking module is not updating quotes & invoices to reflect paid or accepted status 4. Create a user-account registration page, which will generate both a WordPress account, and a client account in the aforementioned invoicing module, and link the two accounts together (currently a manual operation) 5. To create from the above, an account page where users can edit their details 6. The default job submission/estimate page needs to be accessible only to logged in users (this works partially at the moment), and we need to change/add some of the default estimate form fields 7. Remove site-wide WordPress & theme supplier branding Our ideal candidate: * Write beginner-friendly, clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision. Comments should be used to give background information or annotate difficult code * Strong communication skills and proficient with English * Required programming languages: WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Do you have any open source projects?
