Game Background & Sprites

I need a very high detailed gamefield for a game: it doesnt matter if it is rendered or digitally drawn... it should look stunning, fresh and new, and should give the feeling of the game. first: * Setting: Fleas building their town in a carpet * Background should be carpet with wooden floor below * 26 unique looking chambers required (storage room, kings chamber, watermine etc...) * all chambers should be fit into background and be removable (users build those chambes after another) * all chambers should have a mouseover graphic (small animation or at least something like light goes on...) * all chambers should be high-detailed. screens of the old interface: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] tons of graphics can be provided like pre-rendered weapons, fleas, stuff and so on second: for the game-map (top-down-view) i need 15 graphics (120x120px) to display the several building stages of the town (construction site, partially steps and full built city) screen of the map and old town graphics: [login to view URL] please only bid if you fully understand the requirements, if you have questions - just ask :) thanks!
