Aboutyour questions; #1: yes, I do character designs and work in cartoon style art (please take a look to my portfolio to see a few samples fo my work). #2: You can see the cost on this bid and also the timeline for do it (open to discussion, ofcourse). This is por the entire process in the approach to this project, wich it is: Step#1: Initial rough sketchs/mockups about the Kakapo bird cartoon character for checking. Step#2: after feedback, any changes or accuracy for the character shape will be made and delivery for chacking. Step#3: Once the character shape is aproved, I will work on the cleannig/coloring process and delivery to you for a final revisions. Step#4: once the imageis aproved, I will delivery to you the final files in any format you request. About the animation part of the project, we can talk about this once this first project is ready (if you choose me as your artist, ofcourse :) If you have any question or need any another information, please feel free to ask, I´ll be glad to help you in any way I can. Dear Client I have extensive experience in working with different programs as Adobe Photoshop,Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign. I am well equipped with techniques involving watercolor and oil painting,drawing,engraving,sketching and storyboarding. Also, in addition, I am willing to work in team,learn and express my creativity.

Sounds like a fun project! I've uploaded a sketch to my portfolio called Kakapo, to show you what I had in mind. If you like the style, I can ink this up and give you final full-color drawings in a few different poses to use in your presentations. I don't do animation, but you can use the character design as a good foundation and jumping-off point if you choose to hire an animator.
