Jean Carlos Rodriguez - open to bidding

Hello I am looking for a full vector design with the same structure as the picture attached except for the worlds I would like the same font same color on te top saying "no justice" and the bottom "just us". I would also like it to include a illustrated/ drawn eagle in black outlines, black outlines, brown body/feathers, yellow beak and white head . I would like for the eagles mouth to be open to make it look aggressive ([login to view URL])and with the wings spread (image 3) [login to view URL] Basically the eagle placed just like the image above with the wings spread the same way to cover up the same area in the seal. Please let me know as soon as possible. P.s would need it all vectored
