my name is Emad Zedan, I'm running a self project which is a chat mobile application and i need a cartoonist to draw and/or animate a smileys for the app and I will provide links like this: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and i need them to be converted to cartoon preferred flat and with no gradient colors but funny and cool. kindly if you are interested in this freelance job send - your portfolio - rate per smiley - rate per animated smiley and if you can do both and this is preferred please provide rate for final smiley (drawn and animated) format wanted (vector) using illustrator or flash for the drawing and flash for the animation. some cases I will provide a sound file to sync with like a joke or something like that but it is short not longer than 5 seconds. use this email: contact @ emadzedan . com
