Backlink building for UK Escorting site

Our site has already been optimised by SEO companies, however we are missing quality backlinks. This project is to create as many High PR backlinks, manually, as required (Minimum of 800) to boost our site to Google page 1. (Pg 2 now) Linking sites must be relevant to our industry (Escorting). Full final payment will be made after we have been in top 8 of Google UK (Pg 1) for 4 weeks for one key term ("Leeds Escorts"), 30% of payment will be paid once site is in top 8 of Google for 5 consecutive days. All links must be permanent and any links removed within 3 years must be replaced by the supplier free of charge.
