150 Inbound links

I am looking for 150 (50 for each keyword) PR5+ Do-Follow Back Links, Canada/USA Sites Only. Every Back Link must have one-way permanent link with the anchor placed on MAIN PAGE PR5+ and NOT in any subdomain. NO SEO packages!! Link Builder should be highly experienced - please do not bid if you have no link building experience. Links must NOT be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods. Requirements: - Absolutely no Black hat or Grey hat tactics. White hat techniques only. - Free one-way manual links. - 100% No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text. - Links must be permanent and static HTML using “href” and provided anchor text. - No subdomains - The linking page must have no more than 50 outbound links. - Only links from relevant sites will be accepted - Links must be permanent - Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, and indexable. - Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active. - Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within 30-60 days - Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses. - I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. - Links that are not approved will have to be replaced by service provider. - No link from: torrent sites, file sharing forums, guest books, spam sites, web rings, adult sites, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, directories, articles submission, Free for All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic or black hat sites. Further Details: - Keywords and website URL will be supplied to winning bid. - At least 1 backlink must be PR9 - At least 5 backlinks must be PR8 - At least 15 backlinks must be PR7 - Please provide TLDs before I award this bid - Max 10 links per day. Please no more than 10 per day. You are required to sent a partial report every day and final report when you finish this work. Reporting: XLS Spreadsheet should be provided of all links to correct errors, if any.
