INCREASE WEBSITE TRAFFIC TO GENERATE SALES! NEW BUSINESS

We are a new business (a ticket company) with a new website. What we are looking for is someone who can tweak out website content so that it will appear higher up on Google searches when users search for sports and concert tickets. When Googling for sports/concert ticket, our web site does not appear and as a result we get no internet traffic which in turn generates no sales for us. Would would like to improve this and thus, the job is to boost our visibility on Google when searching for sports and concert tickets. The right person will help me get website traffic via google and other search engines, facebook, twitter, you tube, linked in etc..... My main target area is USA so I don't want anything outside really (unless it comes through organically). ALL backlinks MUST be contextual. I do not want a big quantity, and are not contextual. I do not want purely low quality backlinks. The keywords (10 in total) will be given to the successful candidate who will be willing to work to googles terms of service and show samples of work which has had success. I am only interested in people will work to a whitehat standard and have ethical practices. NO BOTS! Failure to do so will result in no payment. I demand quality service and expect to see myself being established on google in a short period of time. I am willing to pay a fee to get myself established and then pay a fee to maintain my google presence. This can be negotiated at a later date. The second part of this project will be to drive targeted traffic to my website (USA based) and in doing so achieve sales. Sales will be worked on a commission base. If you feel you have a strong sales approach but have lacking SEO I can work with 2 parties to achieve this goal. Payment will be made when good results and good sales are achieved.
