60 Tarot Back Links Needed

I need 60 back links for a tarot site. There will be a total of about six different keywords which I will supply to the winning bidder, expect an equal distribution of links for each keyword. Each keyword will also need to go to one of two different URLs. Links do not need to be on "tarot" related sites but I will gladly pay double your bid amount per link for any link on a page related to "tarot" provided that we do not already have an existing outbound link from that page. Here are the requirements: 1. Links can be both "no-follow" or do follow, but no more than 30% “no follow”. 2. I'd like the links to appear on PR 0-3 pages, with no more than 20% on PR 0 pages. The rest need to be PR 1's or better. The Alexa rank of the sites must be < one million. 3. No article sites or article site comments. 4. No redundant phrases or sentences. If you leave a comment with an embedded anchor link, make sure the same comment or word string is not repeated on multiple sites. If you need help, I'll be happy to provide unique content phrases with the embedded keywords. 5. All manual, "white hat", submitted back links. No black hat or auto submitters. 6. Links must be live, permanent, and static html. No java links, links in frames, revolving links, etc... 7. Sites must be in English. 8. No link farms, link exchanges, web rings, etc... No more than 10 outgoing links per page. 9. Links are one-way, non-reciprocal. 10. No sub domains. Domains should also be .com's, net's, [login to view URL]'s or .edu's (if possible). 11. Absolutely no porn, spam, web rings, warez, file sharing, gambling or any other sites with questionable content. 12. Links must be visible and on pages that are already indexed in Google within the last 30 days. 13. All links must be on unique domains with different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses. 14. No directory submission links. 30% social bookmarking links a fine though. 15. No newsgroups, yahoo groups, Craigslist or profile forum links. No spam link submitting, auto-submitting, black or gray hat link building strategies. 16. No sites with pop-ups, excessive advertising or re-directs. No sites with scraped or questionable content. 17. Links must be up for seven days before final funds will be released. If any links get deleted in that time, I have the right request new ones. 18. I will need a report submitted each day with the link anchor text, URL, PR, IP, submission date and "follow" or "no-follow" for each link. 19. I reserve the right to refuse any questionable link. 20.
