Tech blog earning $20 a day with Google Adsense

I'm looking for a very experience professional that is a reliable Google Adsense website creator that is able to create me a blog earning a minimum of $20 a day via Google Adsense using SEO/ other marketing techniques to draw unique visitors in my website. Will need to see some proof once the work has been done that it really makes at least the amount mentioned for the project daily. If you are not capable to deliver this task, then please DO NOT BID!
