PREMISSA DE PROJETO: Formalizar o acordo de parceria entre as empresas descritas, cujo o objetivo do trabalho é a gestão/produção em mídias digitais da empresa Engenharia Ipsum. 3. FORMATO DE TRABALHO: O Freelancer/Agencia deverá especificar em sua proposta as horas gastas mensais em cada uma das etapas bem como o valor de respectiva fase como o exemplo abaixo para os 12 meses de contrato: Tratativas/comunicações serão feitas pela nossa Gerente de Mkt que ficara responsável pela coordenação das fases. 4. ACOMPANHAMENTO DO TRABALHO: Será aferido os trabalhos desenvolvidos através de um relatório a ser emitido pelo contratado ao final do mês comparando com os meses anteriores ou periodicidade combinada entre partes alinhado com o planejamento estratégico estabelecido. 5. CRITÉRIOS DE SELEÇÃO DO FREELANCER/AGENCIA: Estudo do portfólio do freelancer (Peso – 30%); Recomendações recebidas na plataforma bem como seu ranking e pontuação (Peso – 30%); Razão entre Valor da proposta/Horas previstas mês (Peso – 40%); Projeto publicado nos sites: Workana, Freelancers, 99freelas, getninjas. Observação só serão aceitas propostas com o detalhamento e em formato pdf. 7. DURAÇÃO DO PROJETO: Contrato Inicial: 1 ano - 3 meses (duração mínima da experiencia). Aceitação de propostas até: 03/03/2017 Início do trabalho: 03/03/2017 Nota: Importante frisar que entendemos que um trabalho de SEO, SMM, SEM e SMO não trazem resultados de imediato, mas sim pelo trabalho continuo de fortalecimento da instituição. A clausula de duração mínima será referente a qualidade do trabalho prestado.
