iPhone, iPad and Andriod App - open to bidding

+ Integrate GPS positioning to create a route viewed in map or list form of the closest locations nearest to the user. - The ability for the user to filter out locations - The ability to create a unique route from the user location which is most convenient, fastest, has the least travel time and has the ability to configure to time boundaries (eg. I want the best route between the times of 9am and 5pm). - Reroute Functionality in the event changes in plan occur - The ability to allow users to click on the discovered locations to find more details on that location with brand logos and shop description and offers. - Will include by standard revenue ad implementation and the option to remove the ads upon "ad removal" in-app purchase. Overall Description ---------------------------- This app I want made will be designed in such a way that its simple, clean, performs very fast and designed professionally. The idea of the app is to create current location routes that can make a unique route based on getting from: eg. Point A --> B ---> C as the logical route instead of a inconvenient route that has more travel time, eg. Point A ----> C -----> B, essentially the travel time between C ---> B would be more because your traveling back to where the user traveled previously. Hope this makes sense, the actual locations I'm referring to I want implemented will be given once I accept a project. But for now, this is the essential idea of what I want.
