Quiz Development

This is to be an online quiz. It will permit the user to populate a few prespecified fields, and will provide the user with correlating result. The user is to have the option to email and print the quiz. Depending on the presence of a query parameter, the tool has to be able to show itself and its output as JavaScript so that the tool may be shared across sites. Example: <script language="javascript" src='[login to view URL];></script> should result in the tool being displayed as well. The styling of the tool should be done through CSS. When called as a normal include and when called with a Javascript tag such as the one above, the tool should, by default, include a default external stylesheet. The tool shall not load this external stylesheet depending on the presence of a query parameter. Example: <script language="javascript" src='[login to view URL];css"></script> should result in the tool not loading the default style sheet. This will allow the "calling site" to style the tool as desired. Unless the tool is included via a site call (server side includes, PHP or ASP include, normal direct hit) it should display a predetermined hyperlink with predetermined anchor text. This link should be included both in the output of the tool.
