Android App Example how to add ActionBar menu for Tablets

I need this as FAST as possible. So specify in your bid "how fast/soon" you will have it done, precisely. I want a tutorial/explanation along with CODE and a small example app showing this ActionBar in action that I can load in eclipse, modify/recompile etc... Details: I currently have a small app that has the OLD style menu, where you click phone's hardware menu button and at the bottom a menu pops up with 6 different buttons. I want this menu to STILL work on Older devices that do not have ActionBar. So your example needs to have this OLD MENU with 6 fake items, and it should also have the ActionBar code with 6 menu items for Newer devices/tablets for those devices that support the new ActionBar. DO NOT BID OVER $100 max or you will be IGNORED. Payment is made after I receive all materials/source-code and review it. This should be pretty small so milestones shouldn't be needed.
