My background: Manager, Designs. Image Processing Expert. I've worked with K-Means clustering algorithm already in a many image processing algorithms. I've also worked on many Image processing algorithms like face recognition, palm print recognition, motion detection and Quality assessment of images. Dear Sir. I have much experience in clustering problems(K-means algorithm and C-means algorithm...) in the field of data mining and analysis. I read the paper you attached and have something to ask you. In the case of using the Euclidean distance in the K-means algorithm suggested in the paper, no reasonable result may obtain in some cases of data distributions. So, It is rather to couple covariance structure and use Mahalanobis distance. If the project would be awarded to me, I could complete in short time. with regards.
