Hello, I have extensive experience developing in Java, both professionally and as a hobbyist. I have also developed many applications that use Swing as the front end and interface with a database on the backend. Do you have any requirements for the database? I was thinking MySQL would be a good fit since it's free and there are JDBC drivers readily available. The project description was vague so I took a best guess for estimates based on the requirement of having to create a GUI in Swing and have the application interface with a database.
