Javascript Geolocation Google Maps Project

I need someone to create a script using Javascript that will add multiple markers to a google map for both web and mobile. Need front-end and back-end development. I am looking for a website exactly like www.mappedinny.com. Same setup and interface. Just a different city and a little bit different look and feel. If you have any questions, please ask me i will post your questions with answers here. The user must also have the ability to click the marker and get a popup that will allow the user to use google maps app to search the marker from their current location.
