HTML5 Video Player - Video JS -- 2

I have created a very special video player website module which I would like to refurbish now into a multifunctional video player that can play mp4/mkv etc. videos. and will have all the normal associated functions that players like vlc or similar have The code so far represents a system which can be driven by events in a basic csv file that has been recording by the user using a connecting phone app, this csv goes to a php database and then the events are read by the website. On this version of the module the goal is to display this data along side the corresponding video located in the video folder, So if in CSV it states – arm region = [login to view URL] video will play on the viewer, Hand region = [login to view URL] video will play on the viewer. Etc. I would now like to containerize this specific "csv mode" feature to a button and now add new features ones to the existing code like SRT WebVTT subtitle playback. Please give me your quote and time to complete the follow - 1) General purpose video player – ---------------- GP video player with all necessary functions, including full screen and options to hide playlist, SRT windows, Can drag and drop file to window 2) SRT Rolling Editor/Viewer------------ This is a standard box that displays text from Webvtt or SRT in sync with video timecode, User can edit text from this, User can CUT, COPY, PASTE, SECLECT ALL ETC. 3) Waveform----------- This shows the audio waveform of the Video/Music file being played 4) Bookmarks function--------- Will allow user to make and store their own bookmarks, With all relevant metadata & option for them to add their own description. There will be two buttons, B1 - one that just makes bookmark without parsing the current SRT Lines ( This is if user wants to add his own descriptions and doesn't want SRT lines to be added) B2- Description will also be automatically lifted from a number of SRT lines - (Say 3 or 5) that are around* the time of the bookmark Timecode - These text lines(without Time data) are then added to bookmark Description. Eg. Bookmark 1 - 5) Logo –------------- Add poster to code to logo shows in the beginning Skin----------------- enable custom skin with out custom icons, colour selection 6) Youtube /Streaming------------- enable ability to play youtube video ( bookmarks function must work with this also) 7) Screenshot------------- enable screenshots, and they should be named with time code stamped and Bookmark name 8) Playlist--------------- add playlist function so that user can dragdrop multiple media files cued up to play 9) Firefox API Plugin--------------- this plugin has two functions- 1) copies timestamps from youtube(right click - Copy video URL at current time) adds it to the clip board at the end of the session user can copy these timestamps to video player and bookmarks are automatically made. 2) Youtube live stream - User can copy the "started streaming 89 minutes ago" plugin will then take the "89 minutes ago" and calculating the correct timecode for this to be made into a bookmark.
