We want to develop a joomla billing module. Module will be used by clients running joomla websites to receive/process payments made by their clients via bank deposit and credit card. Below are features of app 1) Admin can set prices and client can view prices to place order 2) Admin can setup account details and user details for payment processor 3) admin can view all transactions and approve. Actions after transactions are; transaction shows sucessful on admin and client end, email/sms sent to client on aproval 4) once client fill form, email/sms are sent to client and admin 5) admin can edit sms/email template
