I need an EXE designed to:
0- stay in foreground all the time, unitl the user closes it
1- read a string from a barcode scanner
2- on command or automatically call another EXE, passing to it a few info via TXT file (all the necessary info are available, I already implemented this step and it works fine)
3- save a JPG or PNG screenshot, naming it with a dynamic string (available form step 1 and 2 and saving it into a fixed path
4- go to step #1 etc etc
The VI is required too. I have Labview 2014, so later versions are note accepted.

I have actually implemented a program that reads barcodes via a Motorola Barcode scanner and passes the values back into the system.
