Mobility aid sales

We are a startup with an innovative product poised to revolutionize the way we use crutches and canes. Our product manages crutches and canes to prevent them from falling, frees up the hands to do everyday tasks like answer the phone, and allows one to safely hold the handrail when climbing stairs. We recently were chosen as one of Ontario's 100 high potential startups, and recieved a $20,000 grant. Patent applications are filed, and sales have slowly begun to come in. Marketing materials are available as well as a great website and about 6 videos and 10 shorts/reels are building awareness. Some prospective clients have been listed with phone and email addresses to get you started. We currently have 1 product intended for crutches in two colour variants with additional cane variants on the way. Rather than targeting the end users, we would like to focus sales on distributors and manufacturers in Canada, USA and possibly Europe (ability to speak German, French or other major European language would therefore be an asset). I will attempt to explain in detail up front to avoid confusion. There will be no base salary, unfortunately. You ideally will work on a part time basis. Perhaps 5 to 10 hours per week. (Although I won't stop you if you have time to work even more) I cannot train you because I am not a salesperson myself. However, for the right person, with a little patience, this can grow organically as you draw in client after client, with each client expected to return approx once per 6 months to replenish stocks. Here's the basic compensation model: For each new account opened (when the first order is recieved above the MOQ of 50 units) a one time bonus of $250 plus 10% commission on the sale. Each unit sells for $30 (Eg $250 + 10% *$1500 = $400) If it took you 10 hours to close that sale then that's $40 per hour, not including returning customer commissions) (If a slightly smaller MOQ is needed to close the sale, compensation would decrease proportionally eg 25 units = $125 + $75 = $200. Subsequent sales to the same account within the year would be eligible for the same bonus and commission structure until MOQ achieved. Subsequent sales after the freelancer quits or contract expires are still paid at 5% up to 6 months afterwards, and thereafter on a voluntary basis) As business progresses, commissions on stable, returning clients may need to decrease over time by approximately 1% per year until approx. 5 to 7% is reached (but never lower than 5%.) There are no sales territories. If you find the client, they're yours. If no sales to a particular client after one year it's "open season" again) Strong performance will be rewarded! Partnership (shares) opportunities exist.
