US CPA advice needed on Nevada entity setup in the US

Need a CPA to advise me on the Tax implications (incl. reporting requirements to Federal & state govns) with setting up an entity in Nevada USA. Business will be an entity to enable us to source product from the USA, but eventually also may carry out active business (in online retailing). Also need to select which entity will be most suitable (e.g. LLC/C-Corp etc.) and the extent of reporting that will be needed. Please provide an hourly rate and your assumed hours that make up your bid in a private message. I also require proof of your qualifications in the bid. I need quick turnaround to come to a decision as this has to be in place before mid-may communication will be by email and possibly a couple of phone calls.
