I am bidding on the project despite your requirement of being based in the US because of my familiarity with international Cyber laws including those in force in US as currently I am working on a research project on the subject as part of my LL.M. final year course. I will like to know whether you are just selling domain names or fully designed websites and the kind of complaints you are facing. Lately, some US Courts have been extending trespass to chattels principles to websites and thus, recognising the "goods" character.
