Removal of defaming website: www.appletec.tech

This is a project for Lawyers in the USA only. Preferably in Phoenix Arizona . Appletec is an electronics distributor located in Israel [login to view URL] A competitor has fabricated a completely false website with a similar name, with the intent to defame our company. The address was sold by Name Cheap Hosting [login to view URL] I contacted the company and asked that the website be removed, but they have replied that in the absence of a court order they will not do so. I am not sure that court litigation will be required, however I am certain that legal letters need to be sent, as my four mails on the subject were not addressed by Name Cheap . I am attaching my correspondence on the matter with Name Cheap, and a letter from a supplier to Appletec who came across the website by chance.
