compile C code for, will be a plus for selecting a seller for the job:

Deliverables:
1. The seller must login as root to a machine owned and administered by
the buyer and build the environment in a 'screen' session that is to be
attended by a representative of the seller. The machine will be a
i686-pc-linux-gnu architecture, containing only a base-system install of
Debian Etch. The seller is free to execute arbitrary commands (except any
that consist an attack over any other Internet or Intranet host(s)) and
finally test the environment with building a 'Hello, World!' application
for all supported target platforms.
2. The seller must deliver a document describing the process of
building the above-mentioned environment, with all steps described,
including all command-line instructions, similar to the how-to given here:
