1. Responsible for upgrading current SAS version to newer software versions. 2. Design, plan, test and implement necessary phases for completion of projects. 3. Organize and adapt phases of project to accommodate workflow and rework of previously completed phases as needed. 4. Design, plan, test, implement and coordinate the migration from Ingres database to an Oracle database. Establish Oracle tables and test in necessary environments. 5. Upgrade and test code in necessary environment. Guarantee no error testing and compare to previous code output as necessary. Required: 4+ years SAS code development experience. Working knowledge of Oracle and Ingress databases, SQL, SAS Management Console, Base SAS, DI Studio, Linux/Unix and the ability to construct implementation places for code promotions required. Database upgrade experience a plus. Must be a US Citizen and clearable for a security clearance.
