Creating MIB file of webserver for sening TRAPs to SNMP device

Hi, I have server with Directadmin and I would like to create MIB file that will be able to send TRAPs to an SNMP device. The alerts should be: When httpd goes down When bind goes down When exim goes down When DirectAdmin goes down When named goes down When php-fpm56 goes down When mysqld goes down When CPU utilization reaches %80 When Memory utilization reaches %90
