[Singapore] Looking for order fulfillment and administrative coordinator. (Work from home) -- 2

We are looking for an additional staff to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support and managing our company’s general administrative activities. We will require you to be in office twice every week, for 3-4hrs each visit. Our office is located at 21 Bukit Batok Crescent Wcega Tower Singapore 658065. For the rest of the time, you will be working from home on your own computer and we will remunerate you on an hourly rate. Responsibilities: - Generate reports - Get quotations for shipping fees by different courier companies - Arrange Delivery (Export/Import/Local deliveries) - Check stock to determine inventory level monthly - Pack orders according to invoice - Check receive goods and tally with Purchase Order Requirements: - Knows how to use Google Docs, Google Sheet, decent IT skills to operate a computer independently. - Good written and spoken English - Own a laptop - Can work independently - Highly organized - You must be located in Singapore
