Surveying for Market Research

I need someone to create and implement a survey targeted towards people who use websites like freelancer.com. I'm trying to improve the freelancing/hiring experience for cash poor startups. Specifically, I am creating a website which allows payment for freelance work in the form of private company shares instead of traditional money. Do freelancers want to be paid in private shares? Do startups care about giving away equity? I have no idea. Before I spend more time on the project I need to know if there is a market for it. Attached is the link to a rough version of a survey.
