Web Design or Web Development Sales Letter Needed

I need help in approaching clients to offer a suite of services we offer that I'm very confident no other company out there can match. Sure, there are thousands of web designers and thousands of programmers and the list goes on. Our approach is different, it's more personal and not as greedy as the corporate world. We want to give back and not take advantage of people. We want people who are not otherwise able to compete to get that ability to stay in business even if they have to go head to head with a big giant by giving them a fighting chance on the Internet. I want to start right away. I plan to use email as the first step, then sales rep will speak to them on the phone.
