Mathematician needed to create algorithm for technical analysis of financial markets

I am financial market researcher from London, & I’m looking for an experienced mathematician such as yourself, to create an algorithm based off the support and resistance trading and impulse pull back consolidation, technical analysis techniques. I am aware the mathematician may not have much knowledge of these techniques, however the project is more about quantifying the activity seen on the markets based in the rules of the technique. The way this will be done is by looking random frames of market activity (foreign exchange) and analysing the activity of these frames. For this project I am offering 500 USD with a conditional bonus of 2500 based on the profit success after the implementation of the algorithm in trading software. We are hoping to complete this project within 4 weeks with the right candidate (this takes into consideration your employment obligations & side projects). Due to the nature of the project I am requiring all to sign an NDA, for your own assurance we will use a freelancer website (freelancer.com) in which funds will be in escrow until released at the completion of the project. We will also devise a contract of the conditional offer.
