Get all the email addresses from an outlook directory

Hi there. I can write an outlook add in for you that would export email addresses from people directory to a text file. It shall be accessible through a button on Ribbon like other outlook functions. Which outlook version are you using. Regards.

This can be done easily. I have done this before for my office. All i need is the access to that particular computer where microsoft outlook is installed and the email address are in. Probably teamviewer will do the trick. How you want them in? Excel sheet...or the email address outlook type files?

Hello, By using Outlook VBA macro then you will have it easy to implement. You could extract all email address within People directory as well. You could export it to a csv or txt file list. Let me know if you are interested with this method
