I need an App to manage the enrolment process in my events.
Users features:
- Multi-language or, at least Portugues, English, French and Spanish
- The App should have a home page with with my Logo and a gallery (grid) of all future events (as thumbnails with brief description). Once user select an event it opens a new page with all details and enrolment form
- Home page gallery should have a highlighted event position (1 x 1 on grid) where the most important event can be copied
- Past events should be accessible, unless deleted by the admin
- User should be able to filter events by date, by subject, by location, remote/in-person, free/paid, etc
- Enrolment data: title, name, surname, mobile, whatsapp, email, Tax ID, address (street, city, ZIP and Country)
- Pre-filled enrolment forms for pre-registered users (app should ask user to confirm the data in the form)
- The app should indicate to the user the current availability of spots for each event by deducting the approved enrolments from the total spots predefined for that event
- User can choose to be placed on waiting list for an event
- User can edit their own enrolment or even cancel his participation through the app provided it meets the cancelation restrictions determined for each event (i.e. at least 5 days before the event)
- User should have access to his private custom calendar showing all events he is enrolled and be able to set an alarm for each event and export it to his Google Calendar or iOS calendar.
- Allow notifications on the mobile
- User should be able to forward an event to a friend using the mobile OS options (format of the forward file to be defined)
The administrative panel should allow me to:
- Access a dashboard with all enrolment requests and filtering options (per event, per user, per status, etc)
- Send payment request messages (by sms, whatsapp or email) for the enrolment request (provided he didn't pay for it yet) one by one or in batch (selected entries)
- Status of each enrolment (on hold, on payment, approved or denied)
- Receive copy of payment receipts (as JPG, PNG or PDF) from the user (upload from camera roll or take a picture)
- Approve or deny enrolments case by case or in batches (selected entries)
- A chat box / message box with the user (keeping the history) where I can communicate and send files to him (PDF)
- Manage all events data (home page) on the App (cover image, title, description, details, price, location map, places available, cancel policy, active/inactive)
- Cancel an event and automatically cancel all enrolments sending a message to each user and updating their private custom calendar)
- Change the date, price or location of an event sending a message to all enrolled users asking for confirmation or cancelations of enrolment in 24 hours
- Manage waiting lists for each event (send confirmation and payment requesto to selected users on the list)
- Export Excel files with all enrolments data for external processing
- Reorder the events in the home page by a specific order (date, location, subject, etc)

I know, you might think i am expensive than others but, believe me, the work is quite a bit because, this project needs 3 persons at the very least.
- Mobile Apps(1 or 2)
- Web APIs (1)
- Admin panel (1)
Now we can finish it and deploy on appstore within 45 days, but, that means you have to compromise on cost because anyone else that says the budget is right is one of the two below
- He doesn't know how project is built
- He is a single person and it would take him 6+ months.
