Fixes to PhoneGap Android app

I already have an Android app built using phonegap. Need some changes and fixes as below. 1. There's a splash screen already but the image is stretched out. Need that to be corrected by replacing with something better. 2. Need to add hints/navigation help for new users to help them understand the app functions. 3. There is a functionality to upload gallery photos to server through the app, need to integrate phone camera now. 4. Need some navigation flow to be corrected, like currently the back button from sub-menus takes user straight to Android home screen, rather it should take user to the app home page. Will also need to add an exit confirmation when the back is hit from app home page. There are a few additional enhancements that will be required at a later stage once the above fixes are complete.
